Don’t Need iTunes to Sell Music

For awhile now I’ve been reading about companies like Amazon, Walmart, and now Starbucks starting up their own online music stores. It sounds to me that companies are realizing they can sell their own music and don’t need to rely on iTunes. It’s great to see companies becoming independent in the music sales and standing on their own feet. Some not only are independent, but also play well with iTunes and have come up with unique partnerships on top of that.

Traffic and SEO Progress at NetResults

I thought I would post a short follow up to my first post about creating the new company. Things are moving in a good direction, but not always at the speed I like. The NetResults site is coming along and about 65% complete. One of the bigger challenges has actually been search rankings. I’m a little spoiled from the USWeb site. When you have a domain that has been around since 1995, with links over a decade old from Microsoft, Yahoo and Apple, it’s a bit easier to rank than with a brand new site.
